Overview :

Outlook Express Email Extractor v3.5 extracts all email addresses from Outlook Express and Outlook Express (.DBX) files. Outlook Express Email extractor is a very fast software for extract email addresses and easy to use. It process hundreds of .DBX files in single process and gives you a list of email addresses.

Outlook Express Email extractor has many options for extract email addresses, setting of options allow you to get a list of emails you actually need.

• First you run Outlook Express Email Extractor v3.5. it will fill all available default outlook express .dbx files.
• Now you can Add/Remove .dbx files from Files list.
• After check file(s), click "Search Emails" button. You can set search criteria in "Settings" by click "Settings" button before start search.
• After start search "Stop" button will be displayed for abort the searching.
• Before doing anything, you have to stop all running processes.

• If you extract the email addresses from Outlook Express but some of all extracted email addresses are bad addresses, not useful.
• You can add the criteria of removing those email addresses contains the word in the settings either before search or after search.
• Apply the settings if edited & Click "Filter Emails" button.
• It will refine the list of email addresses.

Save Extracted Email Addresses:

• Extracted Email Addresses can be saved in .CSV(Excel Format)/.txt/ new Line format.

• You can change Search Criteria from Settings by click "Settings" button.
• Setting's dialog window you can check "Search Duplicate emails addresses" for searching Duplicate email addresses also.
• You can add filter in Emails, that what keywords must be exist in the extracted emails and what must not.
