Overview :

Outlook Email Extractor v3.5 extracts email addresses from Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Outlook (.PST) files. Outlook Email Extractor extracts email addresses from personal folders and sub-folders as Drafts, Inbox, Deleted Items, Sent Items, Outbox, Contacts etc.). It allows you add many .PST files other than default to the selected profile/account for extract email addresses.
Microsoft Outlook Email Extractor works very fast, automatic removal of duplicate email addresses and other options like filter through which you can get a list of email addresses those you actually need.Extracted email addresses can be saved in .CSV (Opens in EXCEL) and .TXT (Opens in Notepad).

• First you run Outlook Email Extractor v3.5. it will ask to select the current profile & fill all available personal folders in selected profile or default one.
• Now you select\chack any personal folder for extract email addresses.
• After check folder(s) click "Search Emails" button. You can set search criteria in "Settings" by click "Settings" button before start search.
• After start search "Stop" button will be displayed for abort the searching.
• Before doing anything, you have to stop all running processes.

• If you extract the email addresses from Microsoft Outlook but some of all extracted email addresses are bad addresses, not useful.
• You can add the criteria of removing those email addresses contains the word in the settings either before search or after search.
• Apply the settings if edited & Click "Filter Emails" button.
• It will refine the list of email addresses.

• For change the current selected profile, Click the "Microsoft Outlook Profile" button.
• After click "Yes", select a profile from a profiles dialog window, It will remove all personal folders from previously selected profile and fill all available personal folders from current selected profile.

• Extracted Email Addresses can be saved in .CSV(Excel Format)/.txt/ new Line format.

• You can change Search Criteria from Settings by click "Settings" button.
• Setting's dialog window you can check "Search Duplicate emails addresses" for searching Duplicate email addresses also.
• You can add filter in Emails, that what keywords must be exist in the extracted emails and what must not.
